Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned project lead to oversee large-scale mission-critical controls projects from proposal through close-out. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and exceptional client satisfaction.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and support staff to deliver complex projects within specified timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, schedules, and budgets, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in mission-critical or large-scale construction projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Possession of industry-recognized certifications such as PMP, PE, or CxA is an asset.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
