Demand planners use data and analytics to forecast future demand for products. In this role, you will be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts that align with the company's business goals.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and managing accurate demand forecasts.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and validate forecasts.
  • Forecasting demand for new product introductions, range changes, and promotional activities.
  • Monitoring and adjusting forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and customer insights.
  • Managing product lifecycle forecasting, including introductions, phase-outs, and deletions.
  • Analysing forecast accuracy and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in an FMCG or Food and Beverage manufacturing environment. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field is also required.

Apart from the technical skills, the successful Demand Planner will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualisation tools is an advantage but not necessary.
