Job Overview:

As a leader, you will oversee the performance of a team by providing guidance and feedback, ensuring individual goals are met.

This includes coordinating tasks, fostering teamwork to achieve shared objectives, conducting regular meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to track progress and identify opportunities.

Additionally, you'll ensure deadlines are met, monitor project progress, and implement strategies to address challenges, while collaborating with other departments to align efforts with the organization's overall goals.

  • Oversee the work of team members, providing guidance, support and feedback, and ensuring that all team members meet their performance goals.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to team members and ensure everyone works together to achieve the team's objectives.
  • Conduct meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions and identify opportunities and progress of each team member.
  • Ensure deadlines are met, monitor progress, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
  • Collaborate with different departments within the organization to ensure projects and initiatives are aligned with the overall goals and objectives.
