Business Process Automation Specialist

- Design, build and maintain custom business applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
- Create and manage automated workflows using Power Automate
- Integrate PowerApps with SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, Dynamics 365 and external APIs
- Customize and extend PowerApps using PowerFx or JavaScript
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and transform them into functional applications
- Ensure security, governance and compliance in the app environment
- Document solutions and train end-users as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations and Business Analysts
- Support ongoing app enhancements and troubleshooting
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, especially PowerApps and Power Automate
- Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases and integration techniques
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Dataverse and/or SQL
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, PowerShell or custom connectors
- Background in automation and process improvement
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
