Store Operations Manager

The Store Operations Manager produces regular reports, such as Profit and Loss statements, Inventory Reports, Petty Cash Summaries, and Partner Attendance records. They adhere to the company's mission and vision, and effectively communicate this to all partners.
Weekly labor scheduling involves assigning tasks that utilize and enhance partner abilities, talents, and knowledge. The Store Operations Manager manages petty cash, approves inventory, and ensures timely reporting.
They ensure the accuracy and completion of Daily Store Reports, Daily Cash Reports, and updated versions of these documents. Secure cash flow and act as a depository for daily sales to an accredited bank.
Lastly, the Store Operations Manager serves as a role model, giving respect and uplifting morale among all partners in the store.
