Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Caption Lead to spearhead our captioning team in a high-volume, creative environment. As a key member of our content creation team, you will play a critical role in shaping the voice of our brand across multiple models and platforms.

Your primary responsibility will be to write high-converting captions that drive engagement and conversions. You will work closely with content leads and creators to build tone guides for each model and train team members on adapting to specific voices and maintaining consistency.

You will also be responsible for maintaining captioning systems and workflows, ensuring all captions meet quality and brand standards. This includes building and refining SOPs for caption creation, review, and scheduling, as well as collaborating with QA to monitor workflows and adjust processes for efficiency and scale.

In addition, you will align with schedulers to ensure timely delivery of captions and anticipate high-traffic content periods to prepare ahead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft persuasive and engaging captions for a range of content.
  • Develop Model Voice Profiles by partnering with content leads and creators to build tone guides for each model.
  • Maintain Captioning Systems & Workflows by building and refining SOPs for caption creation, review, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with Schedulers to ensure timely delivery of captions.
  • Stay Trend-Savvy & Performance-Driven by tracking trends in pop culture, slang, and content language.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2–3 years of professional copywriting experience in social media or creator-based platforms.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience adapting tone across multiple personas or brands.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, Zoom, and WhatsApp.
  • Familiarity with using analytics to inform content strategy.
