Print and Distribution Project Manager Job

Job Description:

The print and distribution team manages the production and delivery of printed materials for new store openings and product launches across our client's stores.

  • We seek an experienced project manager to lead our print and distribution campaigns from initial brief to delivery completion.
  • Responsibilities include allocating merchandising materials to individual stores based on the client's strategy.
  • Plan country dispatch schedules using plans based on product availability dates, historical transit times, and vendor capacity.
  • Lead daily status calls with the P&D team and studio to ensure all projects are on track.
  • Track vendor spend against budget by ensuring 100% accuracy of finance trackers and recording vendor quotes.
  • Manage client and vendor queries, working analytically and creatively to propose solutions and resolve issues swiftly.
  • Prepare hindsight reports outlining successes and opportunities for improvement after campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in global retail and shopper accounts from creative development to final production.
  • Relevant merchandising, demand planning, or print production experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, large database management, and dashboards.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and passion for the work.
  • Calm under pressure with a positive attitude and hands-on problem-solving approach.
  • Able to prioritize and work efficiently within tight time frames.
