- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of order management systems and ecommerce platforms.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
