Job Title: Finance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as a Finance Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain close relationships with the management team and functional leads to monitor and assess financial results, identify areas of growth potential, and optimize operating efficiency.
  2. Develop and lead the financial planning and budgeting process, covering short-term and long-term plans and forecasts.
  3. Conduct performance analysis, variance analysis, and reporting to inform business decisions.
  4. Analyze processes and recommend improvements to enhance financial operations and accuracy.
  5. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of various financial and management reports and analyses.
  6. Oversee full statutory and regulatory compliance, reviewing contracts and agreements for commercial and financial clauses.
  7. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to facilitate effective business decision-making and management.
  8. Monitor project profitability and highlight variances, recommending corrective actions.
  9. Manage cash flow effectively, ensuring billing and collections, and maintaining a healthy cash position.
  10. Present business and finance-related information in leadership meetings, driving strategic discussions and informed decision-making.
  11. Drive change and implement improvements in systems and processes, leading the finance team and fostering a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in commercial, business, and finance controlling roles.
  • Strong knowledge of national and international accounting standards, statutory compliance requirements, and project accounting principles.
  • Experience working with ERP systems or SAP is highly desirable.
  • Self-initiative, integrity, and ability to understand the business context.
  • Able to communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
