We are looking for a Product Strategist to join our Business Strategy & Growth Team. In this high-impact role, you will champion business outcomes across a wide range of product initiatives—new features, product offerings, campaigns, and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and prioritize product initiatives that drive business results.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for product improvement and user experience enhancements.
  • Launch and refine campaigns or features to improve conversion, retention, and engagement.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable product outcomes.
  • Create business cases and success metrics for proposed initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment between cross-functional teams and overall business objectives.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Track performance post-launch and iterate based on data.
  • Coordinate go-to-market strategies with Marketing, Sales, and Support.
  • Influence product roadmap through business-focused insights.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in product strategy, product marketing, or business analysis roles.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business teams.
  • Skilled in using data to support decision-making and drive results.
