Salary: ₱ 850,000 - ₱ 1,200,000 per year
Job Description:
As our Renewable Energy Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project control process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. Your key objectives will include developing key objectives and direction of all Project Controls functions, including processes, procedures, systems, and resources. You will also oversee the development and maintenance of the project schedule, providing support, advice, and expertise to the contracts and commercial team in relation to contentious claims and disputes that may arise on construction and consultancy contracts.

- Implements and maintains the project schedule, including resource loading, critical path analysis, and progress monitoring.
- Manages project budgets, tracks costs, and prepares financial forecasts.
- Monitors and manages project risks, including the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks and opportunities.
- Ensures accurate and timely project reporting to stakeholders, including progress updates, cost reports, and risk registers.
- Liaises with project managers and engineers to ensure project objectives are achieved within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in project controls in the energy industry, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools, including scheduling, cost control, contracts management, risk management, and reporting.
- Knowledge of safety and security requirements and regulations.
- Experience in managing a team of project control professionals.
