About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving data literacy within our organization. You will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content for training, campaigns, and awareness events, as well as facilitating workshops, webinars, and training sessions on data-related topics.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop educational materials, including articles, guides, e-learning modules, videos, and other multimedia, to promote data literacy.
  • Design and write user-friendly documentation, such as data glossaries, data governance & AI manuals, and guidelines on data best practices.
  • Create learning modules as part of full data literacy program working closely with learning team, data governance, data SMEs, data analysts, data scientists, and other experts to develop training materials tailored to varying data literacy levels or personas.

You will also have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with teams like learning, data science, HR, data governance, internal communications to ensure alignment and support for data literacy initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Communication, Journalism, Education, Data Science, Information Science, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years' experience in a related role, such as a data analyst, data scientist, communications specialist, educator, etc.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.
  • Strong understanding of data concepts like data governance, data ethics, and data storytelling.
