Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Supply Chain Professional to coordinate logistics activities in our fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide real-time status updates for export bookings.
  • Monitor master sheets for new bookings and amendments.
  • Sort bookings by vessel ETD.
  • Update container tracking information.
  • Prepare daily reports.
  • Assist with RFP-related tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including generating reports using advanced formulas and pivot tables.
  • Knowledgeable in EDI or Incoterms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure accuracy of data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
