Are you a financial operations professional looking for a challenging role where you can apply your skills to manage finances across multiple entities? We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable invoices and payments by verifying accuracy and completeness of documents, ensuring timely payment to suppliers
  • Handle accounts receivable sales entries and statements by tracking customer payments and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise
  • Download and prepare financial reports from various systems such as Dext and Xero to provide insights into the company's financial performance
  • Perform data entry and maintain records in accounting systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial information
  • Process transactions in Dext and Xero for Australian operations, including reconciliations and adjustments as needed
  • Learn and operate Exact and Facecode systems for European operations to support financial management across different regions
  • Generate and distribute financial statements to stakeholders, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Dext and Xero, strong Excel skills, especially vlookup, and attention to detail and high accuracy. They should also be a quick learner of new accounting systems and have excellent organizational and time management skills. Experience working with multiple accounting systems and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines is essential.
