Snappr is looking for a dedicated individual to join their sales team as a Visual Content Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and connecting clients with top creators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Book photoshoots for customers worldwide and expand Snappr's presence in new markets
  • Answer questions about the photoshoot process and resolve scheduling issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with photographers to provide guidance on the best way to execute client needs
  • Be a key player in the in-house sales team, driving growth and revenue
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a call center environment, selling to US or Australian clients
  • Excellent phone manner and email etiquette, with the ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution
  • A strong customer influencing ability and passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Knowledge of Australian and American culture, e-commerce industry (a plus)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with a 'get it done' mindset
