Field Outsource Asia Inc. & Caishen Marketing Sales Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our Human Resources department, this role will play a critical role in shaping the company's future by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.
About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet our business needs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to source and attract high-quality candidates for open positions.
- Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to increase brand awareness and reach a wider pool of potential applicants.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices for attracting and selecting top talent.
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to ensure that only the most qualified candidates are invited to interview.
- Conduct thorough interviews using structured interviewing techniques to assess candidate fit and potential for success in the role.
- Provide ongoing support to new hires through onboarding and integration into the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Human Resource Management or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other HR software applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
