Requirements
  • Sales experience and comfort level, with a proven track record of success.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute, demonstrating strong technical skills.
  • 1-5 years of customer service experience, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and various customer relationship management software, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration.
  • Able to multitask, organize, and prioritize work, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
