Job Overview

This role involves providing comprehensive support for credentialing and re-credentialing processes. This includes managing applications, conducting primary source verification, and maintaining the database with accuracy.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support, preferably within a healthcare setting or regulated environment. They should have a strong eye for detail and be able to manage documentation and data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Credentialing Support: Manage all aspects of the credentialing process, including applications, primary source verification, and database maintenance.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Liaison: Ensure adherence to relevant federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Privileging and Onboarding Assistance: Assist with provider privileging by preparing necessary documentation and facilitate the credentialing components of new provider onboarding.
  • Reporting and Process Contribution: Support the generation of credentialing reports, identify and resolve issues, and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage tasks independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM/support software.
  • A passion for improving administrative workflows and data management practices.
