The Registration Support Specialist will be responsible for:
- Preparing documents and folders based on approved checklists of documentary requirements
- Ensuring accuracy of dockets and endorsing dockets for Bureau of Internal Revenue/Registry of Deeds/Assessor's Office filing
- Liaising with representatives of service providers to monitor release of Certificate Authorizing Registration, Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT), and Tax Declaration
- Qualifying accounts for Real Property Tax (RPT), Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT), and Documentary Stamp Tax (DST)
- Performing other administrative/clerical tasks as assigned by the Team Lead
A Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course is required, along with at least 1 year's experience in documentation-related work or registration work-related.
