At AMARE ET SERVIRE, we are seeking a highly skilled Head of Talent Acquisition to join our team. This role will be based in Santa Rosa, Laguna, and is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 to 2 years experience in recruiting and be comfortable traveling on-site. Familiarity with applicant tracking and HRIS systems is also required.

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter Specialist who can develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements. The selected candidate will also manage the onboarding and new hire process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 to 2 years experience in recruiting
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking and HRIS systems
  • Comfortable traveling on-site
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of PHP 80,000 - PHP 120,000 per month, depending on experience.

Salary: PHP 100,000 per month (estimated)

This is a full-time position that requires the selected candidate to work closely with our team in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
