The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As the Head of Franchise Business, you will be responsible for driving national strategic growth initiatives, representing the company as the franchisor across the nation, and advising the CEO on franchise matters pertaining to operations and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive both single-unit and multi-unit sales and business development plans to ensure company goals are being met.">
• Provide inputs on the Franchise Disclosure document and other pertinent documents related to the business.">
• Participate as an active member of the corporate leadership team and provide guidance on corporate strategic direction and overall business growth.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field, with an MBA preferred.">
• At least 5 years of experience in store/franchise development and management.">
• Proven track record with at least 200 franchise accounts.">
• Knowledge about Franchise Development Laws and Regulations in the Philippines.">
• Great interpersonal skills, good communication skills, and a pleasing personality.">
• Ability to understand franchisor businesses and match franchisee requirements with franchisor vision.">
• Leadership skills, hunger for growth, and high ethical standards of integrity and dependability.">
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.">
