Junior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Jr QA Expert to ensure the highest quality of our web integrations, features, and analytics dashboards.

This role involves testing and validating web integrations, features, and analytics dashboards. You will collaborate with various teams to guarantee seamless project execution and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test and validate integrations between systems and external web applications.
  • Analyze user stories, integration requirements, and API documentation for clarity and testability.
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for data flows, workflows, and process automation.
  • Verify data mapping, synchronization, and error handling between connected systems.
  • Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing on platform features and enhancements.
  • Test and validate BI reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for accuracy, visualization, and usability.
  • Document and track bugs, issues, and test results using tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, BI/reporting teams, and Technical Solutions Architects to resolve defects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in QA, software testing, or a related technical role.
  • Basic understanding of web applications, APIs (REST, SOAP), and data flows.
  • Familiarity with SQL for data validation and analysis.
  • Experience testing APIs or integrations between systems.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms).
  • Knowledge of JSON, XML, or API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI).
  • Exposure to QA automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
