
Contact Center Support Specialist

This role is an entry-level position within our contact center team, responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
As a contact center representative, you will be working with customers, answering questions and providing solutions to their problems. You will also have the opportunity to promote additional products and services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
- Promote additional products and services to customers
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills are necessary
- Ability to type at least 20 words per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
