E-commerce Operations Role

We are seeking a seasoned E-commerce Operations professional to oversee our online storefronts, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving sales growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product listings, inventory levels, and order fulfillment across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all product listings on Amazon and other marketplaces, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and brand consistency.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels across platforms, coordinating restocking and updates with the warehouse team.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and reviews.
  • Track store performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee order processing, fulfillment coordination, and returns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies.
  • Maintain and analyze daily performance logs using Excel or similar tools.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience managing Amazon storefronts, including Seller Central.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with ability to manage and analyze data.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
