We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to drive innovation in cybersecurity, software development, and big data technology.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain high-quality ODM rules based on project requirements
  2. Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to improving development standards
  3. Take on user stories to develop rules that align with project specifications
  4. Collaborate with external teams to integrate solutions
  5. Analyze and troubleshoot application issues ensuring optimal performance
  6. Create and maintain documentation for all development activities
  7. Adhere to SDLC processes and participate in Agile and Scrum meetings
Qualifications and Skills
  1. At least 7 years of experience in Information Systems Technology
  2. 5+ years of experience with Java Development and Spring
  3. 5+ years of experience with REST Services
  4. 5+ years of experience with IBM ODM Tools or Rule Engine system background such as Drools
  5. Extensive experience using IBM Websphere Liberty
  6. Advanced troubleshooting skills in complex environments

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or Technical Certificate in Computer Science
  • A strong background in security best practices
  • Good knowledge of Kubernetes
  • The ability to facilitate, negotiate, and work within multi-domain team environments
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaborations
