Job Summary:

An IT Business Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing and evaluating user business problems and developing system recommendations to meet requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivering projects and continuous improvement initiatives using agile methodology
  • Configuring system solutions
  • Developing and executing test plans for unit, functional and regression testing
  • Decommissioning ERP systems and business applications
  • Providing level 3 production support for critical incidents

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in SAP Vistex software
  • Appropriate level of supply chain, finance, services and sales and marketing business knowledge
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Personal credibility

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field

Experience:

  • At least two years experience in supply chain, finance, services roles
