This job is a great opportunity for an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team and take on a challenging role in designing engaging instructional videos.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, video production, and animation, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Script-to-Screen Production: Transforming training scripts and storyboards into polished, learner-centric animated videos using Powtoon or similar tools.
  • Visual Storytelling: Applying Gordian's tone, branding, and design guidelines to produce videos that enhance clarity, engagement, and retention.
  • Storyboarding & Planning: Collaborating with content creators to storyboard scenes, plan visual flow, and determine the most effective visual treatment.
  • Audio & Voice Integration: Integrating narration, background music, and sound effects to reinforce tone and timing.
  • Content Conversion: Transforming written training materials into dynamic, learner-friendly video formats.
  • Video QA & Iteration: Reviewing and revising videos based on team and learner feedback to ensure high-quality final deliverables.
  • LMS Collaboration: Coordinating with LMS Content Coordinators and/or Training Developers to format, test, and upload videos to TalentLMS or other platforms.
  • Template & Asset Management: Building and maintaining reusable video templates and visual assets to ensure consistency and streamline production.
  • Project Coordination: Managing video development timelines and deliverables, ensuring content is delivered on time and aligned with training calendars.

  • Basic knowledge of instructional design or eLearning.
