Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing complex datasets, conducting data analysis, and providing administrative support to the executive team.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical foundations in SQL or similar database tools, as well as excellent analytical skills, organizational abilities, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Design, manage, and optimize complex Excel-based datasets with potential migration to SQL or other database systems.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inconsistencies, and areas for operational improvement.
  • Develop SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and organize data for reporting and decision-making.
  • Maintain database integrity, ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, organizing documentation, and facilitating communication.
  • Assist in workflow automation, enhancing business processes through database-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in SQL (or similar database tools) for data management and analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation features.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
