We're seeking a Voice and Chat Support Agent to provide multilingual support to our clients through voice and chat channels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering empathetic and culturally aware service to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide multilingual support to clients via voice and chat channels
- Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with your team to enhance the customer experience
- Offer feedback to refine our service quality
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in customer support or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using customer support tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk (preferred)
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Calm and solution-focused under pressure
