Job Description

About the Role:

As a Senior Associate for Capital One Philippines Support Services Corp., you will be part of a team that leads operational risk management. The team interacts with internal and external partners for Audit and credit reviews, regulatory exams, and compliance assessments.

About the Team:

The team is responsible for policies and procedures, training and awareness, operational risk framework, process identification and standards, control monitoring and testing, operational risk reporting, issue and event management, business continuity management, information security, third party management, risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support non-credit risk reporting processes for internal customers across the organization (including reports developed for executive level and line of businesses)
  • Identify areas where the business has opportunities to improve in efficiency/process automation and implement solutions
  • Monitor and audit the quality of customer and non-customer data housed in several systems of record
  • Create dashboards, graphs, and visualizations of data using a variety of tools (including Tableau and Grafana)

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in financial services
  • Basic proficiency with SQL & Python (including triage of code problems and data related issues) and Microsoft Excel.
