  2. Providing technical support and guidance to internal teams, troubleshooting across the entire stack, including infrastructure, middleware, application, data flow, and connectivity.
  3. Maintaining and administering supported systems, performing in line with agreed procedures, SLAs, and customer expectations.
  4. Ensuring compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law, and managers' orders, including labor regulations and other internal regulations in the company.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, IT, economics, or business, and at least 5 years of experience in system administration, infrastructure, or application administration roles in medium or large IT environments.
