We are seeking an experienced Backend Application Support Expert to join our team at HawodTech Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level support for the backend of our applications, as well as hosting core business applications like AV, CyberArk, GoodSync, PAM, SMS Passcode, project management, and automation.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Microsoft services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, SQL, PowerShell, and VBScript.
  • Providing in-depth technical expertise for the backend of our applications.
  • Collaborating with Transition, Continuous Improvement, and Technology teams to identify business requirements for new solutions and systems.
  • Delivering high-quality support and ensuring that all tasks are performed in accordance with agreed procedures, SLAs, and customer expectations.

You will work closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of our DSV infrastructure and business core applications.
