Cybersecurity Policy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Analyst to join our security delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and policies, as well as excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of security protocols and procedures.
- Work with clients to understand their operations and tailor security policies to fit their needs.
- Provide security education and training to clients.
- Conduct regular phishing tests and provide audit readiness support.
- Provision, implement, and manage GRC platforms for clients.
- Identify system misconfigurations and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and develop creative solutions.
- Capture key metrics and blockers.
- 1-2 years of experience in security technologies or related fields.
- External-facing client experience.
- Ability to work independently and with teams to identify and resolve challenges.
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Understanding of cybersecurity domains.
- Ability to articulate secure best practices.
- Report writing and summarization skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly.
