Marketing Programs and Solutions Director Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Programs and Solutions Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that meet the needs of our multi-location partners.

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams. You will build relationships with multi-location partners' executive teams to strategize new sales opportunities and manage and motivate program staff, consultants, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet partner needs
  • Build relationships with multi-location partners' executive teams to strategize new sales opportunities
  • Manage and motivate program staff, consultants, and partners
  • Collaborate with the Channel Account Manager and Solution Consultant teams to identify product opportunities
  • Communicate with internal departments on questions related to vendors, support, PSA integration, products, and order-to-cash processes
