We are seeking motivated IT professionals to join our new operations team supporting the Active/Automated Outage Management (AOM) application. This is an excellent opportunity for technical professionals looking to grow their cloud and operations skills while supporting a critical application during its migration from Tibco to AWS.

">Required Technical Skills">
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT operations or application support.
  • A basic understanding of AWS services and cloud concepts.
  • A working knowledge of SQL and database operations.
  • Experience using Splunk or similar log analysis tools for basic troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools, particularly AppDynamics and Datadog.
  • A basic understanding of DevOps practices and tools.

  • Monitor application health and performance.
  • Respond to and investigate tier 2 incidents and alerts.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting using monitoring and logging tools.
  • Execute standard operating procedures for common issues.
  • Collaborate with tier 3 teams for complex problem resolution.
  • Document incidents, solutions, and standard procedures.
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
