ABA Data Entry Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to support our clinical team by accurately entering behavioral data into the CentralReach platform. This role is critical to maintaining data integrity and ensuring timely documentation for client progress and reporting.

  • Enter ABA session data into CentralReach with precision and consistency
  • Review and validate data for completeness and accuracy
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards
  • Collaborate with clinicians and supervisors to resolve data discrepancies
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience with CentralReach, specifically in ABA data entry
  • Familiarity with ABA terminology and treatment plans
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Prior experience in a behavioral health or ABA setting preferred

This position involves working closely with our clinical team to ensure accurate and efficient data entry.

Responsibilities also include collaborating with supervisors to resolve any data discrepancies that may arise.

In addition, this role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in CentralReach software is highly desirable.
