Regional Business Development Head

As a key member of our team, the Agency Branch Head plays a vital role in driving the success of our branch operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, a proven track record in sales and recruitment, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Mentor and coach Financial Advisors and Unit Heads to achieve their full potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and activation of new recruits.
- Embed the Manulife Agency system within the branch to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure compliance across the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market share.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure compliance across the team.
Requirements
- Graduate of bachelor's degree.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven relationship skills including ability to deal with staff/management at all levels.
- Preferably have five years in sales management experience preferably from the industry with good track record in sales and recruitment.
