We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of engineering design tasks, collaborating with designers, architects, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Analysis: Prepare detailed mechanical engineering drawings in accordance with relevant building codes, designing and analyzing HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems for commercial and residential projects.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to ensure design compatibility and regulatory compliance.
  • Tech Review and Documentation: Revise and update technical drawings based on project specifications and markups, conduct technical reviews, and contribute to the development of project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design and drafting.
  • Strong knowledge of New York City building codes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
