Overview

As a strategic business partner, we seek an experienced Demand Planning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving demand planning excellence across multiple product lines, regions, and functions.

This role is critical in shaping demand into actionable plans that align with commercial strategy and supply constraints. It requires a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the global demand planning cycle, improving forecast accuracy, bridging strategy and execution, advancing tools and reporting, facilitating consensus and governance, supporting constrained planning, enhancing collaboration and accountability, and leading process improvements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning or S&OP in a multinational environment
  • High proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or Tableau); experience with SAP IBP is strongly preferred
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills; able to translate data into decisions
  • Fluent in English
