Full Time Remote Customer Support Specialist

This role involves supporting customer service initiatives remotely, handling incoming and outgoing calls to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be a natural problem solver who thrives on creating memorable customer experiences.
The successful candidate will have strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Prior call center experience and excellent language skills are essential. Additionally, they must reside within 80km of the office and have a high-speed internet connection, an appropriate quiet work environment, and work-from-home experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional and efficient customer service via phone and other channels.
- Effectively resolve customer issues on the first contact through effective problem-solving.
- Access relevant information across systems to support customer needs.
- Detailed documentation of interactions and processing of claims is required.
- Guide customers through options to find the best solutions.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is necessary.
- Previous experience in a call center environment.
- Work from home experience is also required.
- Excellent command of the English language is essential.
