The Role of a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Functional Analyst

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Functional Analyst. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilise your skills and expertise in marketing cloud configurations and studios.

  • Marketing Cloud Configurations: Experience with content builder, data extensions, dynamic content, email studio, journey builder, mobile studio, personalization, and customer data platform, advertising studio.
  • Analysis and Implementation Recommendations: Perform analysis and provide implementation recommendations based on business requirements.
  • User Guidance and Training: Provide guidance, coaching, and training for users on system configuration, functionality, and enhancements as released by Marketing Cloud.
  • Business Requirements Analysis: Work with users to analyse business requirements and provide recommendations for enhanced Marketing Cloud functionality.
  • System Administration: Perform administration activities to support day-to-day operations of the system.
  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Elicit high-level business requirements and create detailed functional specs, requirement traceability matrixes, workflow diagrams, and use-cases.
  • Solution Development and Stakeholder Management: Lead team and client meetings, clearly articulate solution being developed with stakeholders, and walk stakeholders through marketing solutions.
  • Project Coordination: Serve as bridge between PM, QA, development, and client teams.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Participate in creation and execution of test plans, strategies, and communications.
  • Training Material Design: Design and create training materials such as job aids, reference guides, and training manuals.
  • Project Documentation Management: Oversee management of project documentation.
