The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Workday Reporting and Adaptive Insights platforms, with experience in delivering simple to complex reports, dashboards, and sheets. You will work closely with our People and Finance squads, Business Partners, and other Enterprise Teams to deliver a streamlined user experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality Workday Reports and Adaptive Insights dashboards, reports, and sheets
  • Execute defect management in addressing Workday Reporting and Adaptive Insights
  • Perform monthly and quarterly administrative tasks within agreed KPIs and SLAs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • At least 2+ years of experience in Workday Reporting (required) and Adaptive Insights (preferred)
  • Strong experience in data and analytics, Agile methodology, and application development
