Innovation Meditech is a leading medical device company that specializes in developing innovative solutions for the healthcare sector. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales and client relationships in the medical devices sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in the medical device or healthcare industry. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and maintaining and strengthening relationships with key accounts.
The Senior Sales Executive will also be responsible for conducting product demos and presentations, managing the sales cycle, and providing accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to the senior management team.
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively with C-level executives, doctors, and procurement teams. They will also have a strong drive and ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the Delhi region.
- Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Client Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
- Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients.
- Sales Process & Closing: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any stream (preferably with a background in life sciences, engineering, or healthcare-related fields).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the medical device or healthcare technology sector.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
