  • Excellent communication skills to explain recommendations across departments and assist in addressing uncertainty.
  • Collaboration skills to work with internal and external customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
  • Good written documentation skills to support work, report findings, and present to stakeholders when necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree in any Business or IT-related field from a four-year college or university.
