Job Role
The Functional Consultant Support will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to schools and educational institutions using our product, particularly in the US.
Key Tasks:
- Identify and resolve non-code level support issues and give demos of the product to clients.
- Perform initial setup of the product implementation, including any integrations with existing systems.
- Deliver comprehensive training and support to schools on how to effectively use the software.
- Create accurate documentation to assist clients in utilizing the product efficiently.
- Participate in functional testing to guarantee the product meets client requirements, and collaborate with the development team to address any bugs or issues.
- Collaborate with the development/technical teams to address technical concerns or software enhancements.
- Collect feedback from schools and pinpoint areas for product improvement.
Essential Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of accounting, finance, and billing principles, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
