We are seeking an experienced Employee Communications Business Partner to join our team at RealPage, Inc. This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of internal communications globally and locally in the Philippines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Channel Management: Manage and maintain all-company internal communication channels, including the global SharePoint intranet site, internal social media channels, and broadcast email messages.
  • Content Creation: Draft and edit compelling internal communications, including newsletters, company announcements, intranet articles and updates, and presentations.
  • Communication Strategy Development: Develop and execute internal communications plans for key projects and initiatives, including employer branding.
  • Metrics & Analysis: Track and report the effectiveness of internal communications using analytics tools, measure employee engagement, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Event Planning & Management: Support global and local employee events, town halls, and other engagement activities.

Requirements

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field, and 6-8 years of experience in an employee communications specialist or similar role in a global organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and project management skills.
