- Experience in texturing, lighting, and shading to create realistic and visually appealing scenes is necessary.
- Familiarity with image editing and manipulation software like Adobe Photoshop is beneficial.
- A keen eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills are crucial in this role.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are vital to effectively work with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as 3D animation, computer graphics, visual effects, architecture, CAD, or a related discipline.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling software and rendering engines such as but not limited to Sketchup, 3DsMax, VRay and D5.
- Portfolio: Share a portfolio showcasing previous 3D visualization work.
- Creativity and Attention to Detail: Keen eye for details and can creatively solve problems in the visualization process.
- Communication and Collaboration: Very crucial to have the ability to listen attentively, read and follow instructions accordingly, and effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver results accurately and efficiently.
