Job Responsibilities:
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as 3D animation, computer graphics, visual effects, architecture, CAD, or a related discipline.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling software and rendering engines such as but not limited to Sketchup, 3DsMax, VRay and D5.
  • Prepare architectural models and scenes in 3D modeling software, such as but not limited to SketchUp, for use in V-Ray rendering, 3DsMax, D5, or other relevant software.
  • Produce photo-realistic 3D images and/or animations of proposed structures, buildings, and developments.
  • Experience in texturing, lighting, and shading to create realistic and visually appealing scenes.
  • Familiarity with software for image editing and manipulation (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).
  • Understanding of Design and Architecture: Knowledge of design principles, architectural concepts, or specific domain expertise (e.g., interior design, urban planning) are also beneficial.
  • Portfolio: Share a portfolio showcasing previous 3D visualization work.
  • Creativity and Attention to Detail: Keen eye for details and can creatively solve problems in the visualization process.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Very crucial to have the ability to listen attentively, read and follow instructions accordingly, and effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver results accurately and efficiently.
  • Time Management and Deadlines: The candidate should be capable of managing time efficiently to meet project deadlines without compromising on the quality of the work.
  • Continuous Learning: 3D visualization is a rapidly evolving field, and a successful candidate should be eager to stay updated with the latest tools, techniques, and trends.
  • Bonus Skills: Additional skills in motion graphics, animation, virtual reality (VR), or augmented reality (AR) could be considered advantageous, depending on the company's projects and requirements.
