Job Title: Medical Team Lead

This is a key leadership role within our medical coding team. As a Medical Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that productivity and quality targets are met, and identifying areas for process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical coding, with experience in E&M Specialty Coding, ICD-10-CM/PCS, and CPT coding. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual who can lead by example, provide coaching and feedback to team members, and facilitate process improvements. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for coding and team leadership, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the medical coding team

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a Life Science or related field
• Minimum 6 years' experience in medical coding, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT coding, and other relevant coding systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively
