We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic leader who can drive financial strategy, provide executive-level insights, and support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Oversight
    • Oversight of all aspects of financial operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll management
    • Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accuracy and timeliness
    • Preparing and presenting comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and board-level presentations
    • Maintaining robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Strategic Analysis & Planning
    • Providing strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership
    • Leading annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance metrics
    • Developing sophisticated financial models and pro forma analyses for business initiatives, product launches, and strategic investments
    • Conducting profitability analysis by product line, customer segment, and business unit
  • System Integration & Optimization
    • Ensuring seamless integration of inventory management, e-commerce platforms, and payment systems with the general ledger
    • Leading ERP system optimization and financial system implementations
    • Driving process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
    • Establishing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial dashboards
  • Compliance & Risk Management
    • Managing relationships with external auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory bodies
    • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and reporting requirements
    • Overseeing internal controls and identifying/mitigating financial risks across the organization
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Leading and mentoring finance team members, fostering professional growth and development
    • Collaborating cross-functionally with operations, sales, marketing, and executive teams
    • Providing financial training and support to non-finance departments
